Since Dreamer asked, here is Mrs Carson's chocolate recipe.

You'll need HERSHEY'S Cocoa 100% Natural Unsweetened Cacao powder, organic whole milk, pure cane sugar and a bottle of vanilla extract. 1 bag of Jet Puffed Marshmallows.

In a sauce pan over medium heat warm 12ozs of whole milk per serving. Add three heaping tea spoons of coco powder and two cap fulls of vanilla extract per serving. Add sugar to taste. Bring to a warm simmer but do not allow to boil stirring moderately. Remove from heat and pour into mugs. Add marshmallows and enjoy.

Well, yes, of course, but I find the flavor is not as rich. If you can find a dairy that still delivers in glass bottles whole milk that still has to be shaken, there is your best results, but I don't know if that exists anymore.

It does, but I think you have to go to Amish country to get it.

I find my local Sprouts sells non homogenized, grass fed, whole milk! I will make up a batch to be sure, but this is what you want to use!
