There's a key phrase there: "as far as I can tell". Some powers are subtle and take some time to get the hang of.

Given that Squidley made the 'C' list (but only because "there isn't a 'D' list") someone who barely makes the 'C' list is almost not a supervillain at all.

I just don't see the Imp being high up on the B list, given that Doctor D, with over 10,000 kills, is still on the B list. Imp never killed anyone. Unless of course, she pissed off some bureaucrat who is artificially pushing her up the list, which I could see happening.

Well, it depends on who you ask. To the general public, the Imp was never a threat. But to self-important asshole super"heroes" like the Crimson Kid, JackRabbitalope, T-Rex, and possibly Polarstorm? She's an A-level threat, because she hits them right where it hurts most... their inflated egos.

Don't call me "Shirley." You will surely make me surly.

And the leader of the bad seeds uttered infamous last words... The result won't be fatal we hope....

And these are words one never wants to utter, along with 'how much worse could it get?'

As they seem to attract the attention of the powers that be and bring one to the attention of beings with delusions of omnipotence!

Yeah, I can see the potential mayhem there. Too bad that it's an anachronism; by the time My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic premieres (October 10, 2010) the Kimbas will have graduated from Whateley. So it can't be canon. But...

...maybe someone in Gen2 can run with the idea?

“Because when I left the printer lab Jericho was designing Outcast ponies?”
