1 can (15.5 oz) diced tomatoes drained
2 cans (15.5 o) crushed tomatoes
salt
pepper
red pepper
garlic powder
oregano
1 lb of ground meat (I've used beef, Italian sausage, turkey) so you can use whichever meat you wish, or leave it out all together.
mix the various tomatoes in the crockpot, add spices to taste, and cook on low for hours. Brown the meat (season as you wish) and add about an hour before serving. Serve over pasta. Enjoy.
