Question çharacter-grams

So, here's the rules:

1. Take a character from a book, film or TV show. No webcomics, video games or other such media. Cartoons and anime fall under either movies or TV shows.

2. Jumble up the name into a anagram that makes either another name or a string of dictionary words. Random assortments of characters that don't either look like a real name, or are not a real word aren't allowed. Those are too easy.

3. Get others to figure out what character you're talking about. You can provide a hint as to the character's appearance, what genre of media they came from, whether they came from a book, movie or TV show, and/or whether or not they're from the Whateley Universe. Let me start:
