I just finished uploading the scans of my MarCon 2000 35mm photos to an album on Flickr:

Lots of costumes, including some with prosthetics. Which is the closest to a physical transformation available for most of us just now.
There's lots of albums by me there, from other F/SF conventions going back to the Seventies.
