  • I've implemented a block on all known ip addresses known to be owned by this ISP. That is 709,632 ip addresses that are now blocked. I do not take this step lightly but the security of this site is more important to me than the number of potential readers we might loose. But this is the only way I can block hackers using an ISP that dynamically assigns ip addresses
