  • So, Trek story, felt like sharing.

  • I had to stop for a moment at this part:

Grace snorted and shook her head. “Few transports are stock even when they are brand new. My uncle has a freight business, and he either buys up proven vessels as they come on the market, or he has them built to his specs, and that includes what mods that have proven useful through the years.” Taking the pad from Zirgal she looked it over and nodded. “And none of their mods are really that outlandish, and are on most of my uncle's vessels in real life. I'd even say they missed a few obvious swap outs... but that could be because they aren't used to freighters.”

I could picture the entire table of our (recently-ended) Shadowrun campaign turning to glower at me and the guy playing our mechanic/improvised explosives "expert". Grace's uncle is a guy after our own hearts. :)

Edit: Oh, and Mads would totally fire a photon torpedo up the Maru's ass, as it being either a write-off or sell-out.

    Forum-posted ideas are freely adoptable.

  • The Torping the Maru is a cannon solution from the novel verse.

I like Grae, I need to work out a way to use her more, as I plan on writing more of Nat's story. Got a lot of prompts to work with.
