    • Well, we bid adieu to another titan of Popular Culture.

    Stan 'the Man' Lee passed away at age 95.

    Stan was a personal hero of mine growing up. He was the man who made superheroes not lame. Nobody wrote a comic book editorial page like Stan. He may not have been the cool, swinging innovator he passed himself off as, but he was still the driving force behind some of my favorite characters and titles. Marvel simply wasn't the same after Stan left the helm
