I'm not entirely sure what you're asking, but I think it is along the lines of where does a TG that is either a standard TG (like Jade), or someone still in transition shower outside of Poe. Since when Jade arrived she had no way of hiding her parts, but was dressing as a girl, using girl's restrooms, and set to use the girl's showers in her BMA class. My guess is that that person could make arrangements like Ayla did, or return to Poe to shower.
Also since Gotterdammerung is wearing dresses at least part of the time, and none of the staff is saying anything, the students aren't out of fear, I would guess that they just work something out.
