Question GSD Case; stuck on how to reroute the plumbing

I really should just MST3000 this plea for help (“It’s just a show; I should really just relax.”), but there is no way Darcy won't comment when Icy and her look through a catalog trying to pick out what to do with someone who offended them;

One of the options my "Sculptor" character has in their "Big Book of Sh-t I pulled off, ask me how!" is removing a person's head, and situating their brain and maybe their eyes in the pelvic region. I can easily see how the respiratory system is reworked, but I have no idea where the entrance to the digestive system might be, mostly cause I'm trying to avoid an obvious mouth say stuck in the middle of the chest.

Thoughts?

Well, the obvious solution would be to put it where the neck was. You could also go for the belly-mouth. Or you could give them two mouths, one on each palm. This would require a pair of long esophagi and possibly make their arms thicker, but could perhaps enable spraying acid from the hands as a defense mechanism. If you want to avoid freaky hands, you could put the mouths in the inner elbows or armpits; the latter would avoid the need for long esophagi.

You could also fundamentally alter how their digestive system works, removing the need for a mouth at all. Maybe they have to fill a bath tub with protein shakes and absorb it through their skin. Maybe they use a magic or warper power to just teleport their food directly into their stomach. Or maybe this Sculptor person just didn't bother to account for eating at all, forcing them to either spend a portion of every day hooked up to an IV drip, or else have a tube to their stomach surgically inserted through which they can pour in liquid food.

Make it thicker to the point of freakish, give it a mouth with tiny sharp teeth and essentially a vacuum cleaner type suction. It leads directly to the stomach, and ALL waste goes out through the colon.

Creepy, might use it later, but not on this guy; Icy kind of froze, then snapped off to make her point that she was the new boss.

Thats easy to deal with, put an actual mouth in its place with a long tentacle like tongue for eating.

You could have food absorbed through the dermis/skin. Just holding what they wand to eat against it and it ether devolves or is pulled in as if the skin was soft clay that reforms after it all goes in. (I'd like to see ether method quite controllable unless you like adding more nightmare fuel.)
The second idea adds an interesting story point or two where it gets icky for anyone he hugs and has a tendency to get stuck to his bed.
