Besides getting eaten then reborn by Sara, are there any other theoretical ways a being/soul might be able to enter her little slice of hell?

Just guessing here, but off the top of my head, I'd say some kind of banishment might work, or a sacrifice dedicated to The Kellith, and all the persons marked by Sara... though they will probably end up in the nicer side of that dimension.

It's... possible. Depending on where it exists in relation to other dimensions. It was pretty clear that it was entirely contained within her being. But, since it wasn't small we have to assume that it's a part of her being we've never seen in the Whateley Universe.
The part of her being that touches the Whateley Universe is no longer accessible currently. So, unless she's present, the "easy" way of getting there is out and time travel doesn't work in the Whateley Universe so we can't go back to a time when it WAS accessible.
It's been suggested that other Mythos-type creatures MAY exist ACROSS time in some way so another creature of that type might be able to reach it if their portfolio of dimensions (for lack of a better word) encroaches upon Sara's. But that would entail on them, or they, crossing over into hers which is a thing NOT DONE!
So... maybe. but it would be bad.

It wasn't small in relation to what? How big is a soul? A soul is just thought and not confined by physical form or size.
Kodiak's hollow contained an entire lake. As does Loophole's.
All this exsists in ones mind and spirit. So how how big a space one can imagine is how big a hollow or sara's hell can be.

Also, from the distance (apparently) travelled to reach the Center, and the population density given that the denizens appear to be creatures Sara has eaten or parts thereof, Sara's Hell might not even be planet-sized. Maybe something like 100km in diameter? That's really peanuts, as universes go. It's not only a pocket universe, it's a puny one.
Don't call me "Shirley." You will surely make me surly.
