It will be hot, uncomfortable, and shrinking it back down would be a bitch but it would work.

I think Lanie has stretch panels in portions of her suit that stretch when she manifests Grizzly, and then contract when she de-manifests.

Not-quite- Ribbon.
I was thinking though about clothing that size-adjusts magically, I think Paige, Danny, and some of the other shifters either have or, in some cases, could use stuff that adapts to non-humanoid forms.

IIRC InsaneHiker uses magic to store shifters clothes in his stories and allow for magical quick-changes as well.
The clothes that get smaller than normal or change shape are the trickier ones... but only for shifters. Warper-based size changers will generally take clothing within a small amount of space with them... which is how Sizemax keeps her clothing.

Some Shifters create their clothes from their skin. Jimmy T does this.
The boots that Kayda made use magic to expand and contract to fit the feet of the owner.

As for tech available... Compiler created an nanotech-based uniform for Lupine that shifts into a harness when she shifts into wolf-form. But Compiler's nanos are notoriously hit-and-miss -- it probably took her several tries before managing a reliable set. So, not really available off-the-shelf...

Depends on whether chem and bio-chem are different enough for Hazmat to have issues producing the concoction. Hormones are weird and tough to balance.

And I believe that that's actually the majority of size changers. Shifting in the WU heavily favors mass-neutrality. You don't start being able to generate extra mass in large quantities until the upper range of the shifter ratings.Sir Lee wrote: Also, some size shifters, like Matterhorn, are actually warpers -- they don't actually change size, they create a "lens" effect between them and the rest of the world. They only have to keep their clothes on their side of the lens effect.

One or two of the prototypes may still be stalking the halls of Hawthorne Cottage.

Didn't Toni buy one for someone with part of her lump of Mithril?

Anyway, I was rereading "Ayla and the Grinch" and noticed that Ayla's Xmas gift to Jamie was a VERY stretchable Whateley uniform (design by Cecilia Rogers), exactly to avoid wardrobe malfunctions.
