I was potting out my Alt-Whateley, and Alt-Nikki is scaring me some. VERY Scary path. Anyway art of that path is smacking Hekate down, maybe doing to her what Hekky wanted to do to Prime Nikki. Then I got thinking Hekate is gonna end up Nikki's pet, why not go a step farther and bind her to the Queen who Is as a familiar? is this legal magically in univers, or should I go down the other pet path and let Queenie alter Hek's form to her whim?

My limited understanding was that a familiar is a close partner and trusted lieutenant linked to the mage with a 2-way bond. The bond between Hank and Leanne isn't quite a familiar pairing but offers some evidence to why binding yourself to an enemy may be a VERY bad idea, even if it isn't against the rules.
If you want to punish an enemy there are plenty of ways to magically enforce obedience without taking on that kind of risk.

As long as she doesn't go all himedere on the her, Louise de La Valliere style... even Hekate doesn't deserve to be on the receiving end of that much annoying brattiness.

There's not a lot of advantage in making a human into a familiar. Familiars are, by nature, energy constructs given physical form in the real world and made to look like animals. But they aren't animals. They're constructs, tailored to synchronize and enhance/amplify such things as power and focus for their mage master and make it easier for said master to craft spells and gather and hold Essence ready for use in crafting spells.
However, there are rituals that require multiple casters that are beyond the ability of a familiar. In that case, a soul bound servant might do the track Especially one bound in a fool's circle. When you're working dark magick, betrayal by your circle is nearly as common and serious a risk as being eaten by the things and powers that you are dealing with. Having soul bonded mages at the other points in the circle may be the next best thing to growing tentacles an manipulating the multiple points on your own without support from others.
