I realize that the problem with Kimba is that only one of them ( Lancer) has an active writer. Still despite that, their appearances even in the slightest form of cameo have been pretty much zero lately. Even references to them have been lacking. With Tansy and Kayda in Venus Inc, we don't really have them ever bump into Fey, even casually. Absinthe does talk to her occasionally.
Even simple interactions, such as: "Nikki, how you doing?" " Just fine thank you, although Jade's been on a prank streak lately. They are still trying to get the Marshmallow Creme out of the Air ducts.", would be gratifying to me.
For those that hang around/live in Poe, you would think that they would encounter them more often. Jade is really the only one that pops up, and that's mostly " Augh!! Wondercute, run!!"
I would think that Roulette would run into Phase at Hawthorne, on a semi-regular basis, because of Puppet. But that hasn't happened in a while.
I know that there is something of a "not wanting to step on toes" issue, but I'm finding it increasingly unrealistic that even casual contact with the more current "main" characters doesn't happen more often. I don't know. To me, it almost seems like they are segregated out of the main populous by the writers. Heck, even seeing them in a training session or two against the Shennanigans, or another team would be satisfying. Their appearances don't have to have any changing impact on the characters, I just want to see them around the campus and interacting with the other students more.

Don't worry... we haven't sent them to a farm on a bus to Kimbucktoo
There are plans to include them in upcoming stories... it's just hard to do so sometimes when it's not just a flimsy contrived appearance.

Also, because Amy's a good cook. However, we know that Ayla doesn't like to be spotlighted for what to him is basic generosity, or much of anything else. Don't give up on ElrodW and Adalie!
Shenanigans doesn't come together as an informal team until November 2007. Team Absinthe isn't even that organized. They've only been on-campus three months! How many training sessions did Team Kimba have in the sims in their first term?

There is a story in my "to do" hopper in which we will see at least part of Team Kimba.
And yes, having Fey show up where Kayda is doing magic is probably something that could be touched upon.
If I don't get to die until my writing queue is empty, I'll live forever

Seriously... can we have that? Immortality based on having things in our writing queue to work on? I could do that even if I wrote at Elrod or Morpheus writing paces. Sooo many things in the pile.

I would rather be exposed to the inconveniences attending too much liberty than to those attending too small a degree of it.

Heh, if that works, I'll be around for the heat death of the Universe...
