  • Do the Weres of the Whateley verse, and Danny I suppose, end up shredding their clothing when they shift or do they somehow poof away until they shift back?

  • Some have special clothing. I believe Cyberkitty does? For others, it's part of their actual body and just looks like clothing. Others have magical clothes.
and others go through the OMG, I need new clothing thing.

If I remember right Ms Wold's Magic clothing was really tech and we don't know if it was replicated.
The part of their bodies was applicable to shifter like Jimmy T, not weres.
And I'm good with the wardrobe malfunction outcome. Just naked human form were in the presence of Aung back in the day...

  • Re tearing: it depends on whether the clothes get tighter or looser after the transformation, ne-c'est pas? It's quite possible that Danny, for instance, needs only to unfasten his shirt buttons (and perhaps even not all of them) in order to be able to slip out of the clothes in her mountain lion form. It's not like her mind goes away -- but she does lose some fine motor dexterity. Ditching pants and shoes should be easy.

Don't call me "Shirley." You will surely make me surly.

  • -shrug- I couldn't help wondering if someone made a Spell of Modesty or something for them. More fun with nekkid wolfmen though.

I love watching their innocent little faces smiling happily as they trip gaily down the garden path, before finding the pit with the rusty spikes.
