  • Tennyo's Easter and the works of Lovecraft gives us a glimpse of what is beyond Earth in the WAU. As the WAU is loosely based on the Marvel universe, is that the model that can be applied to what is out there, or is it more DC? Or am I missing the mark entirely and I should look elsewhere for inspiration, or just muddeling this question?

I am a caffeine heathen; I prefer the waters of the mountain over the juice of the bean. Keep the Dews coming and no one will be hurt.

  • Space Dragons! Ty is a space dragon.
The Five Fold Court had colonies in space.

To be honest given Tennyo's backstory, virtually any space opera could be real somewhere. So Star Wars, Macross, space stuff from Marvel and DC, Kaiju, whatever you want.

  • No, Ty is an alien who just happens to look like a dragon

I love watching their innocent little faces smiling happily as they trip gaily down the garden path, before finding the pit with the rusty spikes.

So he's from SPACE and looks like a DRAGON.

    Therefore a Space Dragon.

  • Note that there are ACTUAL dragons on Earth -- there was a mention of Toni waking up Oolong just for kicks during Summer vacations, around the time Bladedancer was causing trouble in China... or was that just a fanfic?

Don't call me "Shirley." You will surely make me surly.

  • Yeah, it was mentioned in "There's No Place Like Poe" and "Seeking Depth is Best." Also, Oolong was explicitly listed in Branwen's Guide to the Mythos:
