Question Power mimic integration

I'm a mathematician by training so the logical extrapolation of rule sets is something of a hobby and I enjoy finding scenarios in which the most logical answer is also ridiculous.

The concept of a power mimic being powerful due to combining different abilities is fairly common in contexts where it is possible and I'd like to look at a few cases in the Whateley Universe.

The typical response to getting 2 copies of 'the same' power is that they don't stack. For example if a mimic copied the PK of both Lancer and Mule most writers would make it so that the resultant power not have the strength (in tons) of Lancer's + Mule's.

I'd claim (with no authority) that whether the mimic could now both fly and resist magic/psi simultaneously is up to the mimic in question, but would a probable outcome.

The fun ideas come from a mimic combining powers that have the same effect but different (and logically multiplicative) sources. If this hypothetical mimic copied Aries's Energizer speed to run at 100mph and Stopwatch's time dilation to move 10 times faster that starts to reach speeds of mach-scary.
