Question Would this be possible in the WAU?

Could there be a type of Energizer whose power manifested as Power Amplification? Would they have to chose a single aspect of a power at a time to amplify in somebody else (like strength alone in a Brick), or would they be able to amplify something like all of the aspects of PKSuperman in somebody that had that power?

Hmm...that would be very interesting to see in the WU...

Kristin Darken, according to the Wiki Hamper's power manifests as "psychic confusion or masking effect" which doesn't affect the targets actual powers at all, and Damper's as a "power neutralization effect", What I am suggesting would actually be the opposite of Damper's power.

Cryptic, I didn't remember that Reverb is a "probability warper and powers mimic with the ability to amplify other people's use of their powers". That would mean that she has the ability to do what I suggested by different means than I suggested. I don't remember much if any story space showing her using her ability though.

Has there been any other characters with the power amplifying ability, no matter how it was arrived at?
