This is another super-easy side dish. Very fast prep and cook time. All you need is a cutting board, a pan with a lid, and a knife.
Ingredients::
1 bunch Swiss Chard
2 cloves of garlic
Soy sauce to taste
Olive oil
Directions:
Put a small amount of olive oil in the pan, begin heating to medium-low.
Peel and cut the garlic into slices.
Separate the stems and veins from the swiss chard. Slice them to approximately 1 inch (2 cm) lengths.
Slice the leaves into segments that are 1/4 inch wide (1 cm) and at most 2 inches (5 cm) long.
Add the garlic slices to the pan and cook until fragrant.
Add the stems and veins of the swiss chard and cook for 2 minutes, covered.
Now add the leaves of the swiss chard and cook for another 2 minutes, covered.
Remove everything from the pan and drizzle the soy sauce on top.
Serve warm.
