Question Shadow runners missing ;_;

Whatever happened to sitting on the dock of the bay? It was on the old site but I can't find it here. I was rereading all of the shadowrun stuff and the lack of that story is what actually prompted me to resign up so I could ask. >.<

Was it posted in the forums?

The old forums were never transferred (they were corrupted) and we don’t own the rights to the fan fiction (it is owned by the individuals authors, not us), so we asked the individual authors to transfer over their own works, sadly a lot was not transferred.

Honestly I'm not sure who wrote it I think it was the good Doctor but I could be wrong. And I'm pretty sure it was posted on the site but it's been so long I very well could be wrong.

The premise was a bunch of Japanese who had suffered through goblinization got dumped on a dock in and were told their effects and such would be coming shortly but of course none of it was going to follow. And a gentleman who's name I can't remember but he was a shaman was waiting and offered some of the jobs with him or introductions to people they would fit with. The main character was a girl who became a Oni.

There is some “shadowrun universe” stories in the Libray section.

'Sitting on the Dock of the Bay' is one of mine. I sent copies of my backups when we migrated from the old site, but it got lost in the shuffle. I'm sending another set of copies of my backups to Kristin to upload, when she gets the time.

Is the missing story about an Oni who moves from japan to San Francisco, per chance? Because I read a story like that and thought it was on the old site but never found it again.

I never mentioned it because I thought I just had the wrong location.

I seem to remember more if this story than is here. Did I make up the rest of the story in my head?

Actually I can't get it to work but it shows the call for the file. Which happens to say samurai and sir Lee shared what it looked like a few posts up. and thanks for letting this be reposted here I'm happy to be able to read it again. Honestly if your muse ever let's you a sequel would be awesome. And yes I know this is just part one lol.
