    Is DM a baseline wizard with a patron/deal (Like the Green Witch) , or a mutant wizard?

    • If he is a mutants, do we even know for sure that he has a wiz rating other than 0?

    His daughter is a manifestor, not a magic user. We know for sure that she has been spelled to hide their relation but there are plenty of wiz 0 magic users at Whateley.
