  • Something's been odd about the Forum ->Recent Topics page's updates... I've noticed for a while that it just doesn't update sometimes... for instance, I posted (50 minutes ago) and when I look at the Recent Topics page It's still not showing-up... I was following a thread last week and it didn't update until several hours later when 8 unread posts had been added to it.

I'm not sure what's going on but thought I'd bring this to your attention.

  • That's deeper into the code than I've got any intention to dig. We can see if there's any info about it on the Kunena Forums site... but there's nothing in the general setup or config stuff that gives me any more insight or control over that than you have.

  • I'm seeing issues too.
When I get a notification of a post, then go to the forum and look, it isnt there.
In fact, the topic isnt there either.
It appears in 30-60 minutes, but its odd, and somewhat annoying

I love watching their innocent little faces smiling happily as they trip gaily down the garden path, before finding the pit with the rusty spikes.

  • I've noticed if I go into a topic and use the navigation buttons, either Next or a specific page number, it will vanish until someone posts to something else, then both will reappear. It sometimes does it if I post and then use the browse buttons. It only seems to affect the topic with the most recent comment.

    Edit
This only affects the Recent Topics view. If I browse to where the forum post is Forum Whateley Academy Staff support Recent topics (as an example) it is there.

I would rather be exposed to the inconveniences attending too much liberty than to those attending too small a degree of it.

Same symptoms and behaviour. as above.
