  • For some reason, the main forums page always lists "The Workshop" subforum to me as having unread messages -- but when I look inside, all of the threads are completely read. It never clears the "contains unread messages" flag. It doesn't happen with any other subforum. Maye a corrupted index or something? Has anybody else noticed something similar?

Don't call me "Shirley." You will surely make me surly.

I had that yesterday and ended up pressing the 'Read All Msg' option which cleared away the problem.

  • Probably a result of moderation actions... I split off the stuff about my old story concept "City of Silence" into a separate thread. That might have set the 'unread thread' flag... even though you had read all the individual posts within the thread already. I do run some forums update/recount stuff every couple weeks to keep things sync'd up... I'll do so again Monday evening after this week's update and the server snapshot/backups. Let me know if it persists into the week.
