Question Position of the Report link

    • Currently the "Report to moderator" link is on its own line. Moving it onto the same line as the buttons would reduce the amount of wasted space between posts. I would put it right of the buttons, not left, and I'd probably shorten "moderator" to "mod" to reduce the odds of it word-wrapping and defeating the purpose of moving it. If it were up to me, I'd actually reduce it to just the icon, but that might not be obvious enough to people who aren't used to forums.

    • The report to moderator line is actually "not" on a line by itself. It is on a line with some other security information for moderators and administration that you are unable to see. That line is going to be generated for every post whether that link is there or not... and, more importantly, because of the way the site generates posts... there are times that someone might need to report a post but are NOT eligible to select any of those buttons (you can report posts as a guest without a registered account... you can report posts in a thread you do not have authorization to reply to... etc).
