    • Is there a way to set a thread to be ignored by the recent topics?

    There are topics that I have no interest in and was wondering if I could just set them to ignore and, well, ignore them.

    • Just read the threads you like and "mark all as read" the rest of them. That's what I've been doing.

    I don't think there's an ignore thread function.

    • No such luck I'm afraid. This is a far less complicated forums code than what we were working with before. Though, its also used by far more communities and updates far more often... so, theoretically, we're less likely to run into problems with it.

    • I'd actually appreciate sort of the opposite - I'd like a way of marking "read" threads as "unread", so that I don't loose track of the fanfics that I've started and haven't had time to finish.

    But I'm guessing that that is similarly unfeasible.

    • You could use the subscribe system to help you there. Subscribe to the partially read thread. And then look at your subscriptions to pick up on them... and remove the subscription when you've completely read it.

    Not ideal, maybe... but its something.
