We're aware of it. This is a 'publishing group' (and I have to use that phrase extremely loosely) that takes advantage of the creative commons IP rules that Wikia follows. You see, you aren't legally allowed to post anything on Wikia pages/sites that you are not legally able to give up the rights on... and thus, anything on Wikia is free for use by ANYONE, as long as they credit the original source under creative commons standards. As a result, as long as this is purely a collection of data stripped from the Wiki (which it is, at 142 pages... it CAN'T be more than a couple stories, let alone everything), THEY aren't legally doing anything wrong.... the only people who might get busted in an IP case on this issue would be Sir Lee and the wiki crew for putting things on Wikia that don't fall in creative commons.

This is actually one of the big reasons I've considered pushing a move from Wikia to a local wiki (something that I can get an extension for). It's possible that I could find one to import the Wikia site to minimize the work effort at transferring over here. But even if its not as ideal as Wikia, it would get us away from the Creative Commons rights issue.

The really important thing is that no one fork over $30 for a print version of the Wikia, thinking they're actually helping the Whateley Universe by buying it. And make sure that you don't put anything on Wikia that isn't yours to give away (and that includes fan fiction art and the actual stories).

We actually had a thread about it up on the old site. Back when they tried to sell it on Amazon and we had a bunch of comments on the Amazon pages. It doesn't look like either of these allow feedback or reporting of material.
