    • Well today has been one for the books. I was in a car accident about 8 AM. My car is totalled, I am mostly fine. I banged my leg against the center console/dashboard/thingie, and some scrapes and bruises. I have insurance to cover my car, and what should cover the other car if it comes to that. I even have rental coverage, yay. So bad early morning. I get home to find out that the VA has dumped a beer mug of cash into my bank for money they owed me, YAY! So it's been weird.

    I wish I had regen.

    • Indeed... strange day. Get some ointment to rub down the bruises and joints the next few days, will help keep you from stiffening up. And be sure to stretch out when you can as you recover to minimize loss of flexibility.
