Monday, September 19th 2016 I flew to Montreal, Wednesday September 21, my Gender Recognition surgery ( as Dr. Brassard calls it ).
Friday September 23rd, moved to recovery facility ( right above/beside the office and next door to surgical facility )
Thursday September 29th, back home.
The support staff in both the surgical facility and the recovery facility are fantastic, specially Flo ( cook for the recovery facility ).
Can't forget to mention, the one cook that prepares every meal, including for her 2 days off every week, what fantastic food, almost 5 star.
my 3.5 mile walk the evening I was transferred to the recovery facility ( danged bus didn't go where it should have. ) was a bit much, but overall my recovery was mild, painless only a fair bit of bruising on my thighs. ( It looks like I was raped the way the bruises formed. )
now I'm under Doctors orders to masturbate with 2 different size dildos 4 times a day for the next 4 months.
( sounds so much more fun than dilate does )
If you are planning on having the surgery ( mtf or ftm ) I would recommend the Montreal Facility, well worth the costs if you don't have it covered by insurance/healthcare.
1 FtM a month, 9 MtF a week.
recovery for the trans males is a fair bit longer in the facility, so they are limited in the number they can do at this time.

That news calls for raising a glass of cognac to celebrate.
Of course, I'd raise a glass of cognac to celebrate a new year, a birth, holidays, meeting old friends, meeting new friends, sunrise, sunset, the clock successfully changing hours .....

going back to bed now.
naturally, I'm sleeping a fair bit as my body heals from the surgery.
note:
heals means improve health
heels, what you put on your feet to make yourself taller.
I have recently seen a fair number of postings where the former was used for the latter.

Here's to hoping your body heals from wearing heels to much.
Congrats on the surgery, hope you heal quickly.

Heels: people who take advantage of others who are healing or wearing heels.
