Question The Doctor becomes a Duck

    • Every now and then I'll come across a genre story and realize once again that I don't know a single person in real life I can mention it to and not get a "WTF" look.

    So, forgive me for clogging up the site with off topic stuff I hope some people will get a kick out of.

    To the story. Disney announced last year they were rebooting Ducktales. I was a huge fan of the Carl Bark Duck comics long before they were made into the original Duck Tales, so it has always been a favorite of mine. So a new show was intriguing.

    But now I just learned that Scrooge, who's voice actor dies a little while ago, is going to be voiced by none other than David Tennant. The Doctor.

    Someone has already made a parody Doctor opening theme inspired by the Ducktale theme.



    And here is the new cast singling the original theme.

    • In case you've missed it, and are interested in this. The new Ducktales premiers this Saturday.

    Though how you could miss it I don't know. Disney has been blitzing media with this. Heck they even modified the opening sequence to run as a warning to turn off your cell phone during the movie.
