    • I don't want to seem impatient, but I was kind of expecting the Friday story to be posted by now. Has something gone wrong, or should I just wait a little bit longer?

    • If I had to guess, the recent issues with the board software are causing a delay for some reason. I can at least let you know that yes, there is a story scheduled for today that's ready to go.

    • As I understand it, the recent update messed with the permissions in moving files as we have set up for a pipeline. While there are several stories including today's in the folder parked ready to be published, moving them live is proving problematic, and Kirsten is working on the problem. Please stand by.

    • Ya, sorry folks, I stayed up late trying to resolve some things that were 'broken' / changed by the Joomla patch and being tired... in the process broke something more important for the admin functioning of the site... so stayed up most of the night fixing THAT problem so we can go back to at least being able to handle the basic operations of the site.

    So, while the Friday story should have been going out the door this afternoon, I was getting in six hours of sleep before I had to be at the theatre to do my paying job. No one else stepped up to post the story while I was unavailable because the Joomla change is still in effect, preventing anyone from changing a story category via the front end editor. I'm just now getting home and will get the story posted as soon as I get some food on to cook. So... within the next fifteen minutes or so, it should be up.
