Question Stupidly Weird Dream Logic

    • I woke this morning with this snippet of a dream in my memory. It goes like this:

    I'm doing some computer work with requires the case to be open. I turn on the computer.
    It appears to work fine, but I notice that the large CPU cooler fan is not turning. I check, and yes, it's stuck.
    So I figure, "we need a new CPU cooler. I hate to own him anything, but..."
    So I go in the next room and say, "Mr. President, we have to accept Mr. Putin's offer of technology transference in computer fans."

    As common in such cases, I didn't remember it immediately. But when I sat on my computer, something triggered the memory. And I started laughing as an idiot at the sheer absurdity of it.

    I am suddenly imagining runners with bionic limbs - all with prototype servo control software on hardware with not quite enough processing power. So basically like QWOP but with bionics... :roflmao:
