  • Not literally, but every time I read one of the titles in this series I always add that line. For everyone that likes the lighter Whateley stories, especially those focused on Team Kimba, I highly recommend this series.

You have the dark lord of the black tower, call me Timmy. His adorable ten or eleven-year-old apprentice, who while insisting on wearing proper necromantic robes, no matter how often she trips over the hem, also has an unabashed love of the color pink and gets downright pouty when her master refused to allow her to die her zombie bear pink.

To make up for it she knits pink jackets for her Ninja Rats. Did I mention the Ninja Rats, well they're here as well, as well as a growing cast of O.P., but laugh out loud companions.
