Question Kristin missing???

Sorry for not being very visible for the past few weeks. I've mentioned before that even though I ran a nuclear reactor for the military in my youth that live mixing a large stage musical is actually the most mentally demanding work I've ever done? Last few weeks, I've been running a production of Man of La Mancha to pretty high artistic/critical standards, 12 actors and five orchestra members mic'd for 8ish performances per week. I also put together a small sound design for a production in NYC that ran at a festival over the weekend). Not many brain cells left over for doing much more than surviving it.

This week and next week I'm in load out mode, as we transfer over to a three month dark period and give the facility to a summer only company... and then I'm unemployed until Sept again, unless I pick up some part time or short term gigs. So I'll be around quite a bit probably next week through mid June... and then, hopefully, one of my summer plans will come into play. If so, I'll be around a fair amount through the summer because the gig I have planned isn't really full time (30-40 hrs per week instead of my usual 50+) and a lot of it is sitting around keep tabs on the facility sort of work, during which I can do some writing or whatever.

and allergy/pollen counts have been bad for 'everyone' this year. sooo many people walking around with weepy eyes looking like they've been fighting street duels.
