    • It's the time of year again. I hope y'all have friends and family to be thankful for and whose presence you can tolerate for at least one night of goodwill and cheer. However you celebrate, I hope it goes well for you.

    For my part, I'm grateful to have fans who've stuck with me as things weren't going well. It's nice to report that we're very, very nearly done with the rebuilding - enough that I can convalesce without having to go up and down the stairs multiple times. My kids are all home, and no-one is fighting, so it's peaceful (or at least the pain meds have me deluded into thinking it's peaceful!).

    My wish is that all y'all experience some moments of peace and joy.

    • Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to everyone. Just going to have dinner with the family and one gift per person from secret Santa, don't need much to be happy when spending time with family you love. I hope everyone has a good and safe time, including New Years.
