    • Ya... no. Sorry Warren, I'm shutting this down. It's one thing to insist on proper writing mechanics within the stories (and I have occasional arguments with THAT, because I can and do discard grammatical accuracy when doing so helps the story - most commonly in dialogue to keep it natural, but also sometimes in narrative)... and its entirely another to insist on it in casual conversation in a forums or otherwise.

    And its a KNOWN volatile issue and will result in people being called grammar Nazi's and so on... so... just, no. Not a conversation we need to have.
