    • Does that predate Over the Hedge , or did Over the Hedge do this scene first?


    And of course, any caffinated combat discussion would not be complete without a mention of Team CFVY (although the squirrels really describe Chaka better).

    That clip was from Hoodwinked which came out about a year earlier than Over the Hedge.

    The Over the Hedge comic strip debuted in 1995 though. I don't know if the hyper-caffeinated squirrel bit was used in those 10 years.
