  • Kind of stuck on how many students DeVille has on campus at anyone time, so I have an idea how much dorm/class room/general space they need. We know that a freshman class starts with roughly 100 students and by the time they graduate 8 to 9 years later the class is down to about 25. So what sounds like a good rate of attrition for me to use to figure my roster size?

  • roughly 63% rate of passing year-to-year, or 37% attrition.
