I thought I better keep people up to date with what I'm actually doing rather than just being the silent, distracted, SOB who keeps disappearing for weeks on end. So here's what's going on:

Stuff that will earn money
1. Divine Blood Books - Thrythlind, a friend of mine, is getting me to do the graphic design for his next Divine Blood book release. DB is a series of fanfic and an RPG for the FATE system, I'm just working on the graphic design and art at the moment. This is high priority because Thryth is in a bit of a bind this year financially. I'm doing art for this book too which I'm hoping will spur me into actual art activity.
2. Web Design - I've got a client who did an RPG called Sparks that wants a website for their business. Websites take a lot of work.
3. Q-Con Scenario - the last two years I've been writing scenarios for Q-Con, an Irish convention. This one might become a module I can actually sell.
4. Collectable Sale - I'm selling off a bunch of old collectables, from cards to childhood toys.
5. Painting - I've got a bunch of models I'm finishing up for eventual sale. Whole ton of 40K stuff. The plan is to get everything I have finished then unload it all before I have to move.
6. Roleplaying Game Universe - I'm working on an RPG, a post-apocalyptic, post-singularity sci-fi RPG.

Whateley Stuff
7. Sara's Christmas Story - The end of an era, Sara's Christmas is the culmination of her redemption arc and should address what is currently happening with her. Sometimes I think I should write and release the cliff notes for my intentions on this story in case it never happens to at least give myself and others some closure.
8. Envy2 - I've poked at Envy2 a few times and I think I know what to do with it now, though I've said that before.

Other Fiction
9. Fate and the Iron Tiger Finale - Most of this one is me falling flat after the operation a few years ago (I had my gall bladder out, nothing major). A little bit of it is the promise of Exalted 3e which has been coming for 4 years. I wanted to get this done as a kinda 'thank-you' but Ex3's languishing in development hell as has my urge to write. Admittedly, turning it into Tenjin didn't help either.
10. Shadowrun - As much as I'd like to get back to this, SR5 left such a bad taste in my mouth that I'm not sure what to do with it.

Future Plans
Moving out into a house with Ann, dieting, transition and actual work is at the top of my list. I'm on unemployment at the moment which sucks but can't be helped. So anything I can do to get income is highest priority.

Some people have asked me if I've considered Patreon but I worry about demand and delivering on time. Getting to a point where I can do anything has been rough but deciding to transition and getting healthy have been huge positive steps for me. However, if anyone has any suggestions, I'll certainly field them.

Art and writing are a must, naturally. Design and writing are my two best skills and my passion, I have to leverage them. I'm considering a new magical girl universe that I'd prefer to make into a webcomic but I'm worried about my own time constraints. The RPG is certainly a better bet, which is rough because the market's flooded with the things. Which means I have to make it stand out, which means dedication to quality.

I've considered starting a YouTube channel but I'm struggling with creating content. I've had a few aborted attempts at Let's Play (I seriously cannot talk enough to fill the airtime). Recording my TTRPG sessions has been fun but I've played too many aborted games or had too many sound quality issues.

I am grateful to see Sara's story furthered (Envy too!) and I am wondering where/when/how you see Sara escaping from her current trap. I have no doubt you were consulted before she was placed within the summoning circle (at least I hope you were!) and I am eager to see the story progress. Thank you!

Yes, most definitely I consulted about what happened to Sara. And the choice of fates for Sara was most deliberately chosen so that it's up to Dr. Bender as to what happens to Sara - with several built-in 'outs'.

We are all anxious to hear news of you. Keep us informed, even if it's only dropping a line from time to time to say "I'm okay".

It's nice to see that you're getting your priorities straight, focusing on getting things done, and have some concrete plans for your future.
