  • In my opinion, if they had arms and were conjoined at the pelvis, they would have issues with their "inner arms" getting in each other's way, most likely. I think that IF they did have arms, perhaps one each, on the outer side of each torso?? As far as breasts, that would depend on how reptilian they are, their method of locomotion, and so forth. are they live-bearing, or oviparous? If they did have breasts, having four would seem to oddly IMO go more towards them being egg-layers. If you lay multiple eggs, you would need to feed several offspring at once. Presumably if they are joined at the pelvis, they would only have one sexual organ. Even if they each had a uterus, they would share a vagina. Then there is the matter of functionality. If the method of locomotion keeps their chests off the ground, breasts would not get in the way. (one of my pet peeves, as far as mythical and fictional creatures is disregarding natural evolution as a response to environment and physical need. I dislike the notion of big-busty mermaids, if they existed, surely they would evolve in such a way as to maximize hydrodynamics. Whales, Dolphins, manatees, any aquatic mammal, really, has evolved to be streamlined, and would not have large mammary glands that would cause drag).
