Question Help with costume design

While I'm trying to focus on Changeling's Tale, a scene for my as yet unnamed Val focused story has been begging for attention. It's her working on a costume design, and she/i is stuck on what to do with the ostume's legs and feet.

Below is the very rough draft. I pretty much put my thought process down as Val's.

Val glowered at the open laptop propped on her knees as she sat on her bed.

"Stare at it harder you might learn you have laser eyes., or ruin your teeth, I can hear you grinding." her roommate joked. "What are you stuck on?"

"Costume design." Val grump-ed. "The pants are just evil."

"Tell me your thought process."

"Spider Gwen crossed with Raven with a dash of Robin. By way of Miraculas Ladybug."

"Isn't that a Junior?"

"That's Lady Bird. And besides the point. Just look here." Val turned the screen. On the scren was a skin tight suit that exposed the shoulders, which on the back of the arms was attatched to a mid back lenghth faux wings cape. over the head was a cowl and black glasses covered the eyes.

"What where you going for?"

"As you know I still have no clue on a code name, but I did deside on a Swan motiff, thus the wing-cape and hood, and mask."

"Aflack!" here roommate quwacked.

"Yeah, yeah. I'm not sure on what to do for the legs..."

"Well what color are swan feet?"

Damian Wayne (Robin) tends to go for wrestler's boots, but it all depends on the character's powers. An EX-6 could get away with ballet slippers, but an EX-1 needs to think about stepping on nails (or caltrops). If your #1 nemesis plays with electricity, then rubber should be a consideration. And so forth.

Power set is Manifester 3 with the PK aspect of the mix more Imp's aura then Marty's.

Ooo.... as the costume is the manifestation after a fashion she needs to worry about someone nutralizing it and her ending up naked. Have to go magic for that. Or Devisor...
