Question Hemokinesis Through Nanities: Manifestor or Telekinet?

I've had a story kicking around in my head for awhile, but I'm having trouble nailing down what one of the powers would be classified as.

Long story short: Guy experimented on by mad scientist using nanities. Manifests as a mutant, tears the scientist and some of his minions apart in a Rage, then rescued by heroes after passing out. Naturally, wakes up as the opposite sex, you know how it be.

Anyway, part of her powers is using the nanities in her blood to manipulate said blood. Originally, this takes the form of her blood, subconsciously, hardening on impact to help her tank attacks. So a pretty typical brick. But she later realizes that she can take it further by taking direct control. She can then do stuff like blood claws, immediately expelling toxins, and potentially even healing others by using her blood as a medium for the nanities to sew up wounds (still kicking around the last one because it might be a stretch).

But would this fall under a Manifestor classification, as it is achieved due to manipulating the nanities that her body now produces, or a Telekinet classification, as she isn't consciously willing anything into existence since the nanities are just a part of her now?

Or am I just splitting hairs?

Nevermind, I double checked the wording of both Manifestor and Telekinesis in the wiki. It looks like this would fall under something like Psuedo-Telekinesis.
