Idea Writing Prompt: What I did on my Winter Break

    • This is the second in a series of writing exercises. For this prompt, pick your favorite canon or original character. Once you've picked your character (or possibly characters), write about what they did on the last winter break before they manifested as a mutant. If you choose someone from canon, you are asked to enclose your vignette in spoiler tags in an effort to preserve the independence of the other writers.

    • -chuckles- I've been working on a "What I did on my summer beak" story for forever. I'm in as soon as I post my combat final prompt story.

    Thinking I'm gonna either go with my Kara, or one of my other DeVille delinquents.

    • If I was a bit more of a writer, had the time and wasn't reasonably certain that something would happen everywhere that Ayla and co are traveling over the Summer, that would put any ideas I have to shame, I would do something on Ayla accompanying Gracie and Janet on a pride march, and ending up encountering the LA super bigot, El Monte Knight, and being forced to go on the defensive. I'm more of a theory crafter anyways
    Any Bad Ideas I have and microscene OC character stories are freely adoptable.

    • -shakes fist- Curse you CPrime and EE! I have the urge to write the origin of Paradise Island's first origin super hero. I just wish my Muse would get off the Cat Girl idea. there are enough of those running around.

    Ah, but you KNOW there's at least one canon kitty-person who IS going to be written - a LOT. And interactions with the other cat-girls. And ... oh, hell, I can't say more lest I give away plot stuff :)

    I'd believe you except for the fact I know you are still writing the plot.

    I think spoiling your own stories is half the fun for you :p

    • Thinking pilfered goodies found on a sunk German U-boat. Not sure yet if it's of WWII vintage or from the Fourth's fleet. Depending on which way i go it will determine what goodies the char gets.
