    • Hi one and all, Wordsmith here. I've been a lurker and member of the Crystal Hall and now I've followed the herd here. I have a couple of stories that I'm working on (got stuck for the longest time. not writer's block ~ but proper order of presentation and level of detail in story). I am writing these stories for myself (mainly), but hope you will find them entertaining. And worthy of constructive criticism, but only in the proper areas of the forum. My username is something I am striving to achieve, not something I _know_ I have earned. A lot of my comments were not perceived as the jokes they were intended to be so I took my Ideal as my username. Peace and long life, y'all.

    Well welcome to Crystal Hall and be sure to ask those in charge for a place to input your story here. This will ensure a proper place and allow those a chance to offer positive feedback.

    And don't worry about those not getting the jokes from comments. Many are too serious to allow such humor to gain a foothold in ones cranium for fear of corrupting said structures with whimsical nonsense. I fear that they are too highbrow for the gutter language that many of us low commoners are know for. Besides they don't get my sense of humor either.

    Or Elrods for that matter. Eh Mr. Leghorn? Its a joke son. Gotta be a magician to hold that boys attention for more than 10 seconds. Get back to Kayda, beeile dich.

    They are ranks you can acquire simply by being chatty cathy and posting a WHOLE lot. :)

    As I mentioned elsewhere... the first dot (Newbie) comes at 0 posts. The second dot (Fan) comes at 40. From there, you go to Veteran at 100 (40x2.5) and Expert at 250 (100x2.5). There are four more post count earnable ranks above that, using the same 'math' to reach them.

    And I honestly doubt anyone will reach the top one for at least a year without some major post spamming (it will take almost 10k posts). And when someone does get there, I'll do something clever and add more.

    • Do posts from Crystal Hall count for the count Kristin?

    Rustling is heard from some near by bushes as a small african scavenger backs into the light. Plopping its butt down the little jackal wags his tail innocently and gives Kristin plus thirteen sad jackal eyes while waggling his eyebrows at the noble moderator.

    • I don't have any excluded zones set up. I know some sites remove the more chatty areas from the count to keep people from just having one line conversations... but nah. As long as no one is just having their own personal discussion to run up post count, it's all good. :)
