    • After a long time lurking i decided that it was time to join just so i can say thank you to all the authors and staff responsible for making this site work . I have greatly enjoyed reading about the escapades of jade and team wonder cute or the always planing phase and all the rest of the poe crowd . I also enjoy reading about the outcaste and the fabulous imp tales
    You almost wish somebody would turn it into a major motion picture franchise

    Not me. I'm not sure the world is ready for a cinematic deconstruction of Team Kimba.

    • Like most things commercial, before we could go that route, we'd have to self-police ourselves of the fan-fiction style references. Otherwise, any money coming into the project would just go back out the door in lawyer fees, copyright cases, rights purchases, and so forth. And getting permission from the original authors to even make the revisions necessary to keep us from violations is a stumbling block. If we had complete freedom to update, edit, and pursue other mediums; it is very likely that we would be working with artists on at least one web comic ... and likely on alternate release methods like Kindle.

    But those are not viable options without a whole lot of copyright clean up. Which requires edits to things we don't technically have permission to edit.

    So. Unlikely. I'm afraid.

    • And that we can do. and we're happy to have it and continue releasing it as more is created. It'd be even better if all the authors were to come back and write more things and none of us have writers block and that we brought in enough money to pay the writers so none of them have to work outside of writing for the site... but sadly, we're not there. yet. :P
    (the above is one of those nutty reasons why everyone should hope that Kristin wins a lottery at some point)
