  • Usually the birds, though ants, beatles and lizards can take a toll too.

  • Welcome Nuuan Sorry about scuffing those bread crumbs away, but ants were climbing my boots as I was walking down this long lonely path. And as I walked more these birds kept on attacking me and so I had to slingshot a few of them away, leaving dead beatles in their wake as they seemed quite hungry at the time.

The little vultures. ... I mean dickens, bless their steely dead hearts.

What is - was. What was - is.

  • Nice to see you found your way here, Nuuan. Next time try using something small and metallic, but not shiny or the ravens will take them. Virtually nothing eats metals, at least away from Whateley campus.

Thank You for story comments appreciated and help me know me they are being read and liked. :-) Note: My story comments can't nor are trying to replace reading the stories, simply my way of enjoying them and letting the authors know I enjoy them.

  • Long time no see. Glad a witch didn't eat you.
Personally if I have to leave a trail, I always use monolith's. A menhir every fifty to sixty feet and you won't get lost no matter how hard you try.

You would happen to be related to a Gaul named Obelix, would you?
