Considering much of this country is in the midst of a nasty cold snap, it seems appropriate to be in summer shorts today. No, not the ones that leave your legs bare and freezing in these sub-arctic temps, but the shorts that show what some of our less visible protagonists have been up to for the summer. Phoenix-Spiritus is the one to thank for this little collection, though a number of authors contributed stories to the mix. Enjoy these "Tales of Summer" and be sure to let the authors know that you were happy to see that these characters are still around.
