  • I'm not sure how much of this is physics, devisor foolery, or warping question, but aside from PK, gravity warpers, and physical/manifested wings, what power sets can actually fly?

Could a density warper? One who can control both their own density and bubbles around them? I doubt they could hover, but maybe more ballistic/zig zag flight? Or would they have to make super-compressed air "steps" and platforms to move around on?

I think Lady Lightning and her WU stand-in make the case for electro-magnetism energizers.

  • Ohase is a density warper and he flies after a fashion.

There's surely a spell for that, wings not included. (Dr. Fate)
A paranormal mount, summoned not manifested (Don't put it past Gateway!)
    Wishes (Johnny Thunder and Thunderbolt)
    Hosting a dynamorph (Big Mack)
Power gem (Nightgaunt, Vamp, Paradigm, Starstone)
    Artifact (Lamplighter, Green Lantern)
Supernatural channel or avatar (Shazam!, Black Adam)

I'm not sure how canon-compliant Vapaat Taivas is, but she's a WRP-1 who reduces the distance between herself and a point in space, then allows it to "snap back", transfering a momentum vector to herself. Holding a set distance to a point that isn't in her line of motion allows for turns. In theory, she could be insanely fast and maneuverable; in practice, metahumans can only think so fast.

  • Pretty much anyone who got enhanced strength and stamina without much extra bulk can fly, if they bother to do the prep-work. After all, if a baseline athlete can keep a pedal powered plane in the air (even if just barely), an Ex-3 damned well can! (Thus my AirBuster micro-scene.)

Now I am picturing Alyss using a wing suit with her jumping...
