  • There aren't any businesses that supply sacrifices and other 'human resources', are there?

From the Wiki, it seems that even the Syndicate doesn't deal in 'Human Resources'...

If there were I wouldn't be surprised if both hero and villain groups would work to shut them down, even villains have standards and it seems that the ones that do human sacrifices and unwilling experimentation tend to get the slowest Syndicate support if SN is anything to go on

  • If there is demand, then there will be supply. And it's not like human trafficking doesn't exist in the real world.

Yes. But we haven't seen any corporations/large groups devoted to it, like the Syndicate does with Villainy. ... Without Canon input, whether such a group exists in the Whateley-verse, is now under speculation.

What I wonder is how much (or little) such businesses get from the Syndicate, Monster Maker kidnapped his test subjects himself, and the Syndicate was in no hurry to come to his aid, after all. more than they are an insurance agency for villainy, they are a disruptive driving force for "the betterment of humanity" promoting such things would be beneath them and would be counterproductive to their goals
