Question Arcane Underground?

    • We hear about the Arcane Underground in The Widening Gyre.

    And it's sort of hinted or something in The Curse of the Dragon Queen when Frost/Jadis says that the Magic Dept doesn't turn a profit. Which is a lie, as turning a profit off of magic is the point of the Arcane Underground for Whateley.

    So, let's speculate about it, until or unless we get Canon info!
