Question What's up with Theodore Goodkind?

From Ayla and the Late Trevor James Goodkind :

“Gracie said to watch out for Theo.”

But Uncle Theo didn’t do anything creepy. He did give me some weird looks while I got dressed, but I would have been giving him some seriously weird looks if he had been the one getting dressed in lingerie and a dress in front of me.

Still I was going to have to get Gracie to tell me what the deal with Uncle Theo was. Had he done something perverted to her when she was a kid? Goodkinds didn’t do stuff like that!

That seems to be all we know? Other than him liking old movies and stuff...

There's my guess that Nimbus is a Goodkind, and so, him being Theodore and analyzing Trevor for how well his stuff worked, would be a thing?

But that's just a guess.

My private theory is that Theo is a perv. He may have "touched inappropriately" Gracie back when she was Greg. Maybe even found about "Greg's" preparations for transitioning and used it to blackmailing Gracie into, well, stuff. There's a scene in Hive 2 where he calls Dr. Hammond to dinner in a way that sounds... well, not quite businesslike, and Hammond thinks about "the things he has to put up with for research."

And new WMG: Nimbus is making his Technomantic Drug for a client, who is Theo, and its the Goodkinds that targetted because their genetic similarity-ish to Theo makes them good tests before the final product.

Theo doesn't care, about his family, so he lets that happen?

But, the Drug seems to possibly only work on MGC bearers of the usual mutating age...
